Available for testing your equipment, our high voltage laboratory is equipped with the specialized test equipment and measuring instrumentation needed to evaluate and certify low- and medium-voltage electrical equipment such as circuit breakers, switchgear, insulators, transformers, power cables, arrestors, capacitors, pole line hardware, bucket trucks, vacuum interrupters, etc. Additionally, we have the capability of performing a wide variety of mechanical and environmental tests.

Our experienced staff will work with you to develop the appropriate tests for your equipment. We can also assist in the redesign and modification of previously–certified or never–certified electrical equipment that is used in life–extension upgrades. Engineering and technical services are available to assist in certification or design tests for all types of electrical insulating systems. Problem mitigation is our specialty. 

Our High Voltage Test Laboratory is your one stop for the electrical, mechanical, and environmental testing and certification of your low- and medium-voltage electrical equipment and apparatus. Tests are performed to ANSI, IEEE, AEIC, NEMA, CEA, IEC, ASTM, MIL, and other national and international standards. Calibration of all test equipment and measuring instruments is traceable to National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST).
